cilok is one of the most popular snacks in Indonesia. Well, this time we will try to present a prescription cilok very tasty spinach and practical. Yuk cobain immediately at home.


Material:
15 tablespoons corn starch
10 tablespoons flour
1 bunch of spinach, take the leaves and puree
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp salt
2 tablespoons oil
250 ml broth


How to make:
1. Enter the broth in a saucepan and add the sugar, salt, garlic, and spinach.
2. Stir until boiling.
3. Add the flour and stir quickly until all average.
4. Remove the pan and let stand until warm dough.
5. Add the eggs and mix well.
6. Enter sago flour gradually and knead until smooth.
7. Boil water and add the oil and a little salt.
8. Round cilok and enter it in boiling water.
9. Cook until afloat for approximately 10 minutes.
10. Remove and serve with sauce or condiment preferences.
