Ingredients
200 g fries, puree
50 g corned beef
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg whites
150 g coarse bread flour
Right amount of oil

Ground spices
2 tbsp fried shallot
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp pepper grains, toasted
1/2 tsp salt
Dyer (beat well)
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt

How to make
1. Mix the potatoes with corned beef, flour, and spices, stir well;
2. Enter the egg whites, mix well;
3. Divide into 10 sections, flat round shape;
4. Dip into beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until yellow-brown, remove and drain. Serve immediately.
