When you wish to prepare side dishes, we often confused the choice. Why not make Tum Corn Steamed Chicken Eggs are not only delicious but also healthy?

Ingredients / spices:
2 eggs, beaten off

120 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
3 bay leaves, torn
8 pieces of whole red chili sauce
8 pieces of banana leaves for wrapping

Ground spices:
6 red onions
3 pieces of red pepper curls
1 teaspoon coriander
5 eggs hazelnut, toasted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar


How to Make Chicken Egg Tum Corn:
1. Stir the spices, eggs, chicken, corn, coconut milk, bay leaves, and red chili sauce.
2. Take a piece of banana leaf. Spoon the egg mixture. Wrap tum. Hook with a stick.
3. Steam over low heat 45 minutes until cooked.
