Excerpted from the book 100 recipe variations Sambal Goreng work Suryatini R. Ganie, following complete recipe fry sauce krecek tempting to make want more

Ingredients:
250 gr krecek, cut into pieces
2 large red chilies, cut askew
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, crushed
1 tsp fine salt
1 tablespoon sugar
300 ml thick coconut milk
200 ml of liquid milk
Cooking oil to taste

Ground spices:
2 large red chilies
15 pieces of red chili sauce
3 grains of roasted hazelnut
3 cloves garlic
4 red onions
1 tbsp ebi

How to make:
1. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the bay leaves and galangal, stirring until wilted. Pour the coconut milk and let stand until boiling liquid;
2. Enter krecek into the boiling milk, stirring until soft. Pour the coconut milk and let stand until boiling and slightly shrink back;
3. Season with sugar and salt and stir until evenly cooked. Krecek Serve sauce with white rice.
