Material:
Enough oil for frying
750 ml thick coconut milk
750 ml coconut milk diluted
3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 vertebra ginger, crushed
1 vertebra galangal, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 whole chicken, cut into 6 parts and wash
Sugar, to taste
Salt to taste
pepper to taste


Ground spices:
2 tsp coriander, toasted
4 eggs hazelnut
5 cm turmeric
1 vertebra ginger
12 shallots
3 cloves garlic


How to make:
1. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter a bay leaf, ginger, galangal and serain rod. Stir until the spices cooked;
2. Enter the chicken, mix well. Pour the thin coconut milk and cook until boiling;
3. Add the coconut milk and season with pepper powder, sugar and salt. Boil and cook until chicken is tender. Remove and serve.
