Meatballs kejua not only can be produced from beef course you can also use chicken, fish, and mushrooms. Just follow the recipe below and weave.


Ingredients meatballs:
250 grams of chicken thigh fillets
150 grams of mackerel fillet
1 sheet mushroom, soaked and finely chopped
1 egg white
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
75 grams of shaved ice
100 grams of corn starch
150 grams of cheese diced


Ingredients sauce:
2 quarts chicken broth
1 stalk celery, connective
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 scallions, chopped


How to make:

meatballs:
1. Grind until smooth mixture of chicken, fish, egg whites, salt, pepper, sugar, shaved ice, and corn starch in a grinder.
