Material:
1200 ml thick coconut milk (the first juice from 2 eggs
coconut)
1 tsp salt
350 Grams sugar
400 grams of rice flour
100 grams of starch
½ tsp vanilla
Red food coloring, yellow, and green
3 pandan leaf
The steaming water

How to make:
1. Cook the coconut milk, salt, and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Remove and let stand until warm;
2. Sift the rice flour, cornflour and vanilla. Pour the warm milk, stirring until the dough becomes smooth. Divide the dough into four equal parts a lot. Give red, yellow, and green. One part again keep it white;
3. Grease a 20x20 cm ukurang pan with cooking oil. Pour a ladle batter green color. Flatten. Steam for 5 minutes. After that pour again one ladle batter red color. Steamed for 5 minutes;
4. Do the same for each color beruruta. Last steamed cake with pandan water for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
