Bacem tempe has become a culinary menu typical of Central Java are popular
in Indonesia. Usually bacem tempeh served with exquisite dishes such as warm

Materials bacem make tempeh:
10 pcs tempeh wrap leaves
500 ml coconut water
1 pcs teak leaves, torn
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, crushed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
Ground spices:
4 cloves garlic
6 pcs shallots
2 Btr pecans, toasted
½ tsp coriander
How to make tempeh bacem:
1. Mix soybean, coconut, teak leaves, bay leaves, ginger, brown sugar,
salt, and spices and stir well.
2. Simmer over low heat until soft and pervasive. Lift.
3. Fry briefly in cooking oil that has been heated until browned. Remove
and drain. Serve.
