Ingredients:
250 gr flour
100 gr octopus (tako), cut into small pieces
1 small pack fish broth
½ tsp pepper
Salt to taste
1 cm ginger (finely grated)
2 Btr eggs
1 ½ cups water
Ebi red
2 packs katsuoboshi (swordfish dried up like a powder scraped lalau flat).
How to make:
1. Whisk the eggs and add the ginger, pepper, salt, hondashi, then add
flour. Stir while adding water to dilute such as when making fried dough;
2. Heat the takoyaki mold that has been oiled, put the dough until it is
full and spilling over the side to cover all parts of the mold. The remaining
batter overflow will later be useful when you are forming circles takoyaki;
3. Enter tako, ebi, katsuoboshi in the middle of the dough. Parboil and
create like a wedge in the middle of the mold so that the dough into squares.

4. Serve while still warm with sowing nori, katsuoboshi, and mayonnaise and
