Reporting from
AllRecipe, following complete recipe fried rice kimchi made bokumbap
scrumptious breakfast. Add chilli to taste if you like spicy.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon
canola oil
¼ cup minced
meat
1 green bell
pepper, sliced
1 cup kimchi,
drained and chopped
1 tbsp
kochujang
3 cup white
rice
1 teaspoon
sesame oil
1 tsp butter
1 egg
How to make:
1. Heat the
canola oil in a skillet, saute bacon and paprika until it changes color. Use
medium heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes;
2. Mix the
kimchi and gochujang until blended. Insert the meat stir, stir. Enter the white
rice, stir until blended;
3. Drizzle
sesame oil and mix well back. Lift;
4. Melt the
butter in a nonstick skillet, cook eggs until cooked, remove from heat and
serve with bokumbap.
