For 10 servings

Material:
4 pieces of chicken breast fillets, cut into cubes 1x1 cm
200 g flour versatile
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
250 ml milk
1 egg
200 grams of coarse bread crumbs (panko)
Vegetable oil, for frying

How to make:
1. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and baking powder until blended. Set aside.
2. Mix the milk and eggs, stirring until blended. Set aside.
3. Roll the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until blended, then dip into milk solution. Finally, roll into the flour mixture until coated flat bread. Repeat this process until the dough runs out.
4. Heat the oil over medium heat. Enter mealy chicken, fry until cooked and browned, remove from heat. Drain. Serve.
