The chicken satay is one of the typical dishes of Indonesia's most popular and can be found almost in all cities. Even some restaurant abroad alsoprovide this menu. Curious! Let's refer to the material and how to make it.

Material:
• 500 Gram chicken fillets, diced
• 12 skewers of bamboo
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 tsp cooking oil

Ground spices:
• 3 large pieces of red chilli
• 3 shallots
    2 cloves of garlic

Peanut sauce:
• 200 grams of peanuts, roasted, mashed
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    salt to taste
• 150 ml water
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil

How to make:
1. Combine the chicken pieces, garlic, soy sauce and cooking oil. Mix well and let stand 20 minutes
2. Push the chicken to skewer
3. Heat oil and sauté ground spices, then add smooth peanut, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and water. Stir gently until cooked, set aside
4. Grill skewers over charcoal, turning and apply the remaining seasoning until cooked skewers
5. Serve skewers with peanut sauce, lime juice and red onion slices as complementary
