Ingredients:
350 kikil
3 tablespoons
oil for sauteing
Ground spices:
7 red onions
5 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper
grains
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp oyster
sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon
sesame oil
30 pieces of
red chili sauce
15 pieces of
green chili
1 leek, sliced
oblique
100 ml water
How to make:
Kikil 1. Boil
until tender and cooked through. Remove and cut into pieces and set aside;
2. Heat oil,
saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter kikil, oyster sauce, soy sauce and
salt. Mix well;
3. Add red
chili, green chili, onion and water. Kikil cook until cooked and the flavors
mingle. Remove and serve.
