Ingredients:
2 tail snapper or grouper
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 liter of water
3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 cm ginger, crushed
3 cm galangal, crushed
5 lime leaves
1 sheet of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
5 large red chilies, sliced
3 large green chilies, sliced
8 red onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
6 piecestomatoes, cut into pieces
6 starfruit vegetable
5 tablespoons lime juice
2 bunches of basil, picking leaves

How to make
1. Siangi snapper or grouper, cut into 2 parts, wash, coat with lemon juice and salt, let stand for 10 minutes, wash back and drained;
2. Boil water, put lemongrass, ginger, galangal, lime leaves, pandan leaf, salt and pepper;
3. Enter the fish, onion and garlic, and cook until the fish tender;
4. Enter the tomatoes, vegetable starfruit, lemon juice, red chili, green chili and basil. Cook briefly and lift.
