The ginger chicken soup is perfect as the cold or when you are not feeling well and wanted to eat berkuah and warm. How to make it simple and practical not long life. Check out the recipe below.

Material:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons grated ginger
2 cups chicken broth
2 medium white turnip, peeled, sliced
2 medium carrots, peeled, sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1 kg chicken fillet (suwir-shredded)
1/2 cup frozen peas
4 spring onions, sliced
4 pieces of biscuit


1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until fragrant.

2. Add the chicken broth. Stir well. input white radish, carrots, celery sticks, salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the vegetables are tender, 20 minutes.

3. Put chicken, peas, leeks and cook for 4 minutes. Serve with biscuits, if you like.
