Excerpted from the book Sarat Delicious Fish Soup Seasoning, Eva works Waty General, following full recipe makes mackerel pineapple sauce was very tempting. Check out the recipe below;


Ingredients:
1 fish fillet, cut into pieces
1/2 pineapple
1 liter of water

1 tbsp lemon juice


softened seasoning:
6 red chilies
6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 tsp salt

How to make
1. Peel the pineapple, remove eyes, cut into pieces according to taste and set aside. Clean the fish, put lime juice, drained;
2. Boil water, put the spices, bring to a boil back. Put the piece of fish and pineapple into it. Cook until done. Remove and serve.
