1/2 kg jengkol, soaked overnight, boiled, peeled
Enough water


Ground spices:
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
7 curly red chilies
2 pieces of red chili sauce
2 segment ginger, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 bay leaves
3 lime leaves.
1 vertebra turmeric
Laos crushed
Salt to taste
1sdt sugar
Oil for frying
1 packet of instant coconut milk small size


How to make:
1. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, add the ginger, bay leaves, lemon grass and galangal. Stir-fry until cooked and fragrant spices. Enter jengkol that have been boiled. Mix well;
2. Pour enough water. Add salt and sugar and cook until absorbed;

3. Enter the instant coconut milk. Cook over low heat until the water Recede and the flavors mingle. Serve with white rice warm.
