150 g angel hair dry
120 g champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
20 g butter
150 ml fresh cream
How to make:
1. Boil angel hair in boiling water until tender and drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat the butter and saute garlic and onion
until wilted and fragrant.
3. Enter the mushrooms, stir until wilted and browned.
4. Enter the cream, bring to a boil.
5. Give pepper and salt to taste.
6. Enter the angel hair, mix well and remove from heat.
7. Serve warm with fresh basil leaves.
