Ingredients:
1 piece of banana / ontong, peeled and grab the white part only
600 ml thick coconut milk
200 ml of liquid milk
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 bay leaves
3 lime leaves
1 cm galangal, crushed


Ground spices:
4 cloves garlic
7 onions
3 eggs hazelnut
1 tsp coriander
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cm turmeric
3 pieces of cayenne pepper (to taste)
sugar and salt to taste


How to make:
1. Cut into pieces and boiled until cooked ontong. Drain.
2. Stir-fry until fragrant spices. Enter the bay leaves, lime leaves, lemon grass and galangal, cook and stir the seasoning until cooked.
3. Pour the coconut milk, enter ontong and cook until boiling. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add a little flavor. Cook up savory.
