Excerpted from the book Cuisine Complete works of Irma Marcella month, following a complete recipe crumb fried shrimp that could be an option for a family at home. More delicious eaten together cocolan chili sauce and mayonnaise, guaranteed family will eat voraciously.

Material:

500 g fresh shrimp medium size
2 lemon, squeeze, take the water
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, beaten
100 g coarse flour panir
Right amount of oil

How to make:

1. Clean the shrimp, remove the head, and the skin peeled leaving tails. Remove the dirt on the back of the shrimp, wash;

2. Give the lime juice, let stand for 20 minutes then wash again;

3. Cut the shrimp in the direction of the diagonal without a break. Perform these steps on all the shrimp. Set aside;

4. Puree the garlic, pepper and salt. Smeared smooth flavor into each shrimp and set aside;

5. Prepare three containers, the contents of each container with flour, eggs and flour crumb. Roll the shrimp into the flour, then into beaten eggs and flour to the last crumb. Repeat until shrimp exhausted;


6. Heat oil in large quantities. Fried shrimp until cooked, crispy and browned. Remove and serve warm.
