Like with processed eggplant? Try it make pecel eggplant ala's mother-in-law. How bikinnya easy, not complicated, practical and results are also awful. Here's the recipe.

Ingredients:
2 pieces of eggplant medium size
50 grams of peanuts, fried
1 clove garlic
3 pieces of cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 cm kencur
1 kaffir lime leaves
salt and sugar to taste
boiled water taste

How to make:
1. Grill the eggplant until tender, peel skin, discard the stems.
2. Ulek garlic, cayenne pepper, kencur, and orange leaves.
3. Add peanuts for pulverized, add salt and sugar to taste.
4. Add enough water.

5. Mix the eggplant with peanut sauce that was created. Pecel eggplant is fitted eaten with white rice warm.
