Excerpted from the book The Complete Guide Menu Everyday by Ayu Kharie, following complete recipe spicy ribs soup that tastes sour makes keagihan constantly. Check out the full recipe below.

Ingredients:
700 gr beef ribs
2 Liter of water
3 cloves garlic, fried whole, crushed
3 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
4 pieces of red pepper, boiled, mashed
5 pieces starfruit, cut 1 cm
2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing


How to make:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic, bay leaf, lemongrass, ginger, and red pepper until fragrant;
2. Add the ribs, stirring until it changes color. Pour a little water. Boil until boiling;

3. Enter the starfruit, salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the lemon juice. Boil until cooked. Remove and serve warm.
