Ingredients:
5 medium-size grouper tails, split sideways
2 pieces of eggs
The oil for frying


Ground spices:
2 cloves of garlic
10 red onions
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin, toasted
10 grains of walnut, toasted
1 vertebra turmeric
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Additional (fried onions)
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 red onions, finely sliced

complement:
condiment
cucumbers
lalapan

How to make:
1. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius;
2. Mix egg and spices, then smeared on the body of the fish until evenly;
3. Set the pan and bake in oven for 30 minutes or until dry;
4. Deep-fry in hot oil until crisp. Sprinkle with fried onions. Serve with complementary.
