5 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cm ginger
1 tsp salt
Soy sauce, mix stir
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tomato, seeded, cut into pieces
5 pieces of red chili sauce, sliced
5 pieces of green chili, sliced
2 red onions, sliced
½ tsp lemon juice

How to make:
1. Soak the carp in the lime juice and salt. Let stand 15 minutes;
2. Heat the oil. Stir-fry until fragrant spices, enter tamarind water. Stir well. Lift. Add soy sauce. Stir well;
3. Rub the fish with herbs;
4. Grill the fish while spread with remaining seasoning until cooked. Serve with soy sauce.
