Material:
1000 ml fresh broth

fried meatballs
150 g peeled prawns, chopped
75 g minced chicken meat
150 g of white tofu, knead until creamed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp fried shallot
1 tsp garlic fries
2 tablespoons chopped celery
4 tbsp cornflour
3 tablespoons finely chopped bengkoang
Butit 1 egg, beaten with a fork until blended
Canola oil for frying

Topping:
2 tablespoons chopped celery

How to make:
1. Fried Meatballs: Mix shrimp, chicken, tofu, pepper, salt, onion and garlic fries, celery, starch, egg and bengkoang. Mix well. Round the dough the size of marbles with the aid of two spoons. Gradually fried in hot oil until cooked and browned, remove and drain;
2. Jerangkan broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Meanwhile, heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, remove and insert it into the broth. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook until boiling, remove from heat;
3. Arrange lettuce, bean sprouts, and fried meatballs in a serving bowl. Pour the hot broth. Serve.
