Quoted from the book market Assorted Snacks Recipes: Recipes Assorted Snacks Easily Create and Saji, the work of Tim Dapur Esensi, following a recipe how to make a delicious corn bakwan.

Ingredients:
3 sweet corn (medium size), dipipi
1 egg, beaten off
2 tablespoons flour
1 leek, finely sliced
3 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
1-2 red chillies
1 tsp coriander, toasted
1 cm kencur
Sugar and salt to taste
Enough water for about 50 ml

How to make:
1. coarse corn Ulek pipil. Set aside
2. Puree onion, garlic, coriander, kencur, red chili, salt, and sugar
3. Mix the corn, spices, eggs, flour, and scallions. Mix well
4. Heat the oil. Add 1 heaping spoonful of batter into the hot oil. Bakwan fried corn over medium heat until cooked and golden.
