Vary the presentation of seafood menu with recipes for your toddler this one. Besides easy to make, broil salmon can be a menu of your choice during a barbeque at home.
satai Salmon
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
400 grams of salmon fillet, cut lengthwise
50 Gram tomato paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
Satai bamboo skewers

How to make:
1. Make the marinade by mixing tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Stir well.
2. Marinate salmon in the marinade seasoning. Leave for 1-4 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Prick salmon using satai puncture. Bake until cooked. Serve.
