Excerpted from the book 100 Delicious Recipes for Lowering Cholesterol dish works Soenardi Tuti, following complete recipe baked potato content of salmon that can be savory filling breakfast menu and rich flavor.

Ingredients:
500 g potatoes, peeled, boiled, mashed
50 ml low-fat milk
1 tablespoon margarine
½ bouillon cube instant
Nutmeg, to taste

Material contents:
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon chopped onion pitih
½ tsp pepper
½ teaspoon thyme
1 pc bouillon cube
250 gr salmon fillet, cut into pieces
50 ml broth

How to make:
1. Mashed potatoes: Mix hot potato with margarine and 50 ml milk, stirring. Give instant broth and nutmeg and stir well. Set aside;
2. Dough contents: saute the onion and garlic, stirring, enter salmon, give instant broth, pepper and thyme. 50 Pour the broth and cook until salmon cooked, remove and set aside;
3. Take pyrex, spread with margarine until blended, give ½ part mashed potatoes, smooth. Give the dough, flatten, last potato cover with remaining dough, flatten;
4. Brush the top with beaten egg;
5. Bake in the oven for a while until browned, remove from heat. serve immediately
